Designed around EM 385-1-1 requirements, this training is especially valuable for contractors working on USACE, NAVFAC, and VA projects where the manual applies. Workers must be trained before using personal fall protection equipment, and effective oversight requires a properly trained Competent Person with the authority to correct unsafe conditions and stop unsafe work.
